Hemlock Cottage

A large, more modern cottage that offers the comforts of home in a rustic setting.

$1990/week. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday, mid-June to Labor Day.

  • A large 30 x 10 ft. deck offers private enjoyment of the outdoors with the convenience of direct access to the living and master bedroom areas.

  • All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
  • Hemlock Cottage accommodates 6 people across two bedrooms: a primary room with a queen bed and a twin bunk room.
Hemlock features an open floor plan with lake views on three sides of the cottage.

All prices listed are for a full week (summer 2026) and include 8.5% NH room tax.

The Fernhill rental season runs from mid-June to Labor Day. Rentals are for a full week only.

Please note that all cottages are No Smoking and No Pets.

  • Fully equipped kitchens with dishes, utensils, microwave, coffee pot, pots, and pans.
  • Pillows and mattress covers are provided, but no linens; renters should bring sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bathroom/kitchen towels
  • Beach table/umbrella, short and long lounge chairs on private beach
