$1990/week. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday, mid-June to Labor Day

  • Point Cottage accommodates 6 guests across two bedrooms: a queen room and a twin bunk room

All prices listed are for a full week (summer 2026) and include 8.5% NH room tax.

The Fernhill rental season runs from mid-June to Labor Day. Rentals are for a full week only.

Please note that all cottages are No Smoking and No Pets.

  • Fully equipped kitchens with dishes, utensils, microwave, coffee pot, pots, and pans.
  • Pillows and mattress covers are provided, but no linens: renters should bring sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bathroom/kitchen towels
  • Beach table/umbrella, short and long lounge chairs on private beach
