The Point Cottage

Point offers a premier location and outstanding view of Half Moon Lake with lots of living space!

$1890/week. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday

  • This large cottage is fully equipped, including amenities such as:
    • Dishwasher
    • Clothes dryer
    • Television
    • Ceiling fans and whole house fan
    • Nicely equipped kitchen
  • Point sleeps 6 – queen bed in one room, twin bunk beds in the other room
Standing right next to the water, Point offers amazing views of Half Moon Lake.
Relax in the sitting room with your morning coffee and watch the lake come to life, or enjoy evening sunsets over the trees.

All prices listed are for a full week (summer 2025) and include 8.5% NH room tax.

The Fernhill rental season runs from mid-June to Labor Day. Rentals are for a full week only.

All cottages include:

  • Fully equipped kitchens with dishes, utensils, microwave, coffee pot, pots, and pans.
  • Pillows and mattress covers are provided; renters should bring sheets, blankets, and bathroom/kitchen towels
  • Beach table/umbrella, short and long lounge chairs on private beach

• No pets are allowed.
