The Birch Cottage

Birch is a nicely sized cottage that features a beautiful vaulted pine ceiling.

Sitting right next to Hemlock, it also offers beautiful views of the lake and a short walk to the beach.

$1870/week. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday.

  • The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks.

All prices listed are for a full week (summer 2025) and include 8.5% NH room tax.

The Fernhill rental season runs from mid-June to Labor Day. Rentals are for a full week only.

Please note that all cottages are No Smoking and No Pets.

  • Pillows and mattress covers are provided; renters should bring sheets, blankets, and bathroom/kitchen towels
  • Beach table/umbrella, short and long lounge chairs on private beach
