The Fernhill rental season runs from mid-June to Labor Day. Rentals are for a full week only.

Point Cottage – $1890
Point offers a premier location and outstanding view of Half Moon Lake with lots of living space!
Relax in the sitting room with your morning coffee and watch the lake come to life, or enjoy evening sunsets over the trees.
This large cottage is fully equipped, including amenities such as:

Hemlock Cottage – $1890
Hemlock is a large, more modern cottage and offers the comforts of home in a rustic setting.
Sitting just up the road from Point, it features an open floor plan with lake views on three sides of the cottage.
- A large 30 x 10 ft. deck offers private enjoyment of the outdoors with the convenience of direct access to the living and master bedroom areas.

- All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
- The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two sets of built-in twin bunks.

Birch Cottage – $1774
Birch is a nicely sized cottage that features a beautiful vaulted pine ceiling
Sitting right next to Hemlock, it also offers beautiful views of the lake and a short walk to the beach.
